Thanks so much to these amazing ladies for the nomination: NicolaSummer, and Trisha Ann! ❤ Check out their lovely blogs if you already haven’t.

While I don’t have the notion that I am a creative person, I am flattered that you put into consideration, regardless. 😉

Keep the rules in your post to make it easy for everyone to know what to do.

Now let me bore all of you with five facts about myself :

I was never a procrastinator….until I got to college. But despite this bad habit, I was able to pass my classes. 😉

I always, and I mean always get mistaken for a high schooler. It’s most likely due to my lack of height and being baby faced. While I think it’s probably going to be beneficial in the long run, as of now I hate it.  I feel like adults can’t take me seriously because I look like child. I mean I get strange looks when I tell people my actual age.

I have this habit of sticking my pinky finger out when I’m drinking from a glass, water bottle, eating a sandwich, or whatever…I actually never noticed until one of my friends made a comment about it. He assumed I was trying to be all posh and sophisticated. If you see me do it, it may seem like I’m doing it on purpose, but it’s really a reflex and a habit of mine.

I am the Miss Goody Two Shoes among my circle of friends. Another way of putting it is that I am quite boring.

The only movies that I am willing to watch with my parents are Rated G and PG films because anything beyond that is just so awkward! I mean when a sex scene comes up, I just want to go to the other room or leave the theater…Believe me, it can be a traumatizing experience.

I’m sure all of you are creative in your own way..however, I am going to nominate those who stood out to me.

Aimal@ Bookshelves and Paperbacks : Aimal has such a beautiful blog layout. I love how she formats her book reviews and the way she decorates them are always lovely.

Aine @  Writing on a Vintage Typewriter: Aine is one of the very first people that I followed here on WordPress. She’s awesome. Her creative marks would probably be the fact that she writes. She also created one of my favorite book tags which was The Pastry Book Tag.

Charley @  Books and Bakes: Charley is wonderful. She’s one of the sweetest people I’ve met here on WordPress. Plus she’s one of the few people I follow here that seem to love classic literature. So if I need recommendation, I may just ask her. 😉 Other than books, she is also into photography. She takes very lovely photos of places that she visits.  Oh how I envy thee.

Emily@ The Diary of a Bibliophile : Emily is also one of the very first bloggers I followed here. She’s very sweet and kind. While she may beg to differ, I think she and I are similar when it comes to the genre of books we read.  And just like me, we both seem to love thrifting for books! I also love that she has a sweet spot for classic literature.

Giselle@ Hardwork Boulevard : Giselle is fabulous. Her book reviews are my favorite to read–they are very detailed and I enjoy reading her opinions. She also uses GIFs which I think are cool! Another aspect of her blog that I like are that she posts quotes.

Jesse Nicholas @  Books at Dawn: Jesse has such a lovely blog. You can tell that he puts a lot of thought and effort when it comes to his blog and it shows through his blog posts. He is very creative in a sense that his posts are always so beautiful. I love you just decorate your posts!

Joey@ Thoughts and Afterthoughts : Joey is that one cool guy who seems to have a such a great sense of humor. His posts always makes me laugh. He is also an eloquent blogger– (definitely motivates me to polish on my vocabulary…haha). My favorite aspect of his blogs would be his book reviews.

Josie@ Josie’s Book Corner : Josie is just so marvelous. She’s that one person who will almost always leaves a comment on your posts. She has a very beautiful blog. Her creative mark would probably her creation of the Spotlight Saturday Meme. Tell me that’s not creative?!

Lauren@ Just a Precious Penny : Lauren is such a sweetheart. While she rarely posts anything book related, I enjoy reading her “personal posts”. A lot of things that she writes I can definitely relate to.

Raven@ Dreamy Addictions : Raven is fantastic. She’s one of the few people who has influenced me in adding more books on my TBR list. One of my favorite things about her blog is her Sunday Book Recommendations meme, which he created herself!

Mathemagical Site: Another blog that I follow that isn’t really a book blog. I’m assuming you are male? (sorry) But I just wanted to say that he has such an amazing blog.  While math may not be my favorite subject (I will admit I struggle with it) I just adore your blog posts. The concept of your blog is pure genius! I really love those puns. 🙂

For those who I nominated if you don’t want to accept the award or already have done it, please disregard.

  1. OMG FACT#2 IS MY EVERYDAY STRUGGLE TOO!! It was actually my dilemma when applying for a job. Puberty came in too late for us, I guess. Procrastination is in my sytem! Share me your powers lol!! And yeah, just imagine how much awkward stuff there’ll be in the room when you watch Game of Thrones with your parents!! I’m glad you participated on this, Erika! 🙂

    1. It will be forever my struggle!

Oh my gosh I absolutely refuse to watch Game of Thrones with my parents. Not in a million years! There are just too many explicit things in that show.

Thank you for the nomination! 😀

  2. Thank you so much for the nomination! ❤

LOL! We have lots in common. I'm 5ft nothing and I know how annoying it feels when people always mistakes you for an high schooler. I also do the the pinky finger thing and the funny thing is I wasn't aware of it until my friend pointed it out. Watching more than PG rated movies with parents really gives an awkward experience when it finally comes to that inevitable scene So I agree with you on that. 😀

Lastly, Thank you so much for the wonderful words! I hope you have a great day! 😀 ❤

  3. Great post! 🙂
My mom does the pinky out when she drinks anything, lol.
I am with you on the movie ratings with the parents. HAHA.
If I know something may happen, I always find an excuse to leave the room. lol.

  4. Thank you for the nomination. I appreciate it very much. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed my posts and my weak puns 🙂

Yes, you’re correct about my gender 🙂

Btw, I have been a procratinator as long as I could remember. Although it’s not a good habit generally speaking, I suppose that it also benefited me somehow. For instance, I learned so many things because of it, like the time when I was supposed to revise for my exams, but I instead read books unrelated to the exams… and as weird as it may sound, it helped me to improve my time management skill (due to necessity!)

    1. Your very welcome! You are very deserving of this recognition. 🙂

Yes while it’s procrastination is definitely not a good habit, at times it can be a “good” thing.

  5. Oh my! First off, thank you so much for the nomination! ❤ I feel so honored to be tagged by you. I laughed at the last part because I can totally relate! For me, it was very awkward too only in front of my parent but not with my sister. We love watching American movies and Tv series and that 2-minute sex scenes are usually inevitable. So awkward for me! 🙂

Lastly, thank you so much for the kind words. I didn't expect any of that. This is by far the most creative and the most genuine way of nominating your co-blogger! You and your blog are just awesome! Srsly.

    1. Your welcome! You deserve it! 🙂

Oh my goodness I totally know what you mean. Sex scenes is quite prevalent in American TV and films so it’s so hard not to watch it with your family sometimes…I mean let’s use Game of Thrones as example.. That’s just too explicit! Haha

  6. Is it crazy that I do the pinky thing too? I do it when I’m typing too. I just never use the pinky of my right hand. My middle school computer teacher would be so disappointed, bahaha. As for the procrastination, I totally get you. It’s the second week of college and I’ve skipped four classes already. D: Ugh.

Thank you so much for the wonderful words. ❤ I'm changing up my blog design again, haha, I get bored so easily. xD But thank you so much. You're so wonderful. ❤

    1. No not at all! I’m glad I’m not the only one who does it out of habit.

Yes college can sometimes be so overwhelming…

Oh bad girl! Haha nah I think it’s fine. I’ve done my share of skipping classes. Some of them I couldn’t feel bad about because at times I don’t even learn anything. You’re just better off reading the book and studying for the exams.

      And you’re welcome!
